Wally Hardin
Wally began his retail career at 16 working with Leonard Brothers Department store. Wally started working with Eddie Williams in 1972 and bought the shop in 2000 and has since evolved the shop into a mix of stylish suiting's and premium casual wear. Before purchasing the shop Wally worked as a driving instructor with Team Texas and continues to enjoy spirited driving oppor- tunities. Wally and his wife Vicki enjoy watching the next generation take personal pride in the shops evolution and development in the future of The Mans Shop.

Brandon Baker
An Arlington native since 1989, Brandon was first introduced to retail through the jewelry business in 1998. Brandon came on at The Man’s Shop January 2nd of 2002 only after strong encouragement by Wally’s wife. Since coming on Brandon has become involved in the buying activities traveling along side Wally to apparel markets from coast to coast. He has continued his apparel education by touring the stores resource factories and participating in steering committees to help develop new lines for the store. Brandon has made it his goal to continually strive to update the store’s image by introducing new apparel lines at the same time maintaining the store’s tradition of always putting what the customer wants first.

Mark Krueger
Moved to Arlington in 1983 when he was 16 years old. Mark began his retail career with Eddie Williams in 1989 and latter accompanied Wally in The Mans Shop’s transformation. Mark is involved in all aspects of running the store and really enjoys the personal relationships developed over the years. Mark married wife Betsey in July 2005 and they celebrated the birth of their son Matthew on June 2007.

Dustin McNabb
Dustin was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. His parents taught him at a young age to be a leader in his endeavors. He transitioned these teachings into playing the piano, and baseball during his childhood and continues both hobbies today. After high school, Dustin went to Richland College to play baseball. Desiring to do more with his education, Dustin redirected his path towards Texas A&M University where he graduated with a degree in Economics and minor in Business Administration. After graduating from A&M, he attended The Culinary School of Fort Worth. Wally hired Dustin in Dec., 2009 as Social Media Director for The Man's Shop. Dustin's interest in fashion, high level of integrity, and dedication to doing what's right fit nicely with the team at The Man's Shop. Dustin is working to see The Man's shop grow in new directions while maintaining a level of service that is second to none.
